JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

As an IT Specialist you will be mainly responsible for:
 
Providing consultancy support to Network Software within the company links and agent clients.
 
Assisting in project estimates and delivery schedules.
 
Examining existing software and determining appropriate measures for new or modified systems in line with company and agents requirements.
 
Discussing specifications with the relevant management departments and agents.
 
Writing the coding accordingly for every individual program and developing user interface along with detailed tutorials.
 
Correcting errors to make appropriate modifications whenever required while running the merchandising programs.
 
Planning and developing database structures and maintaining them under server management contract.
 
Writing the manuals and providing subsequent support and training to the users and trainees.
 
Supervising departmental operations and coordinating with relevant departments.
 
Assessing on a regular basis to ensure that the business continues to meet pre-agreed targets.
 
Developing new strategies and procedures to increase efficiency enhancing workflows and improving customer satisfaction.
 
Coordinating with the needs of business and organizing IT workshops for subordinates and agents.
 
Storing and protecting customers’ data securely within strongly protected and integrated automatic archiving server.
 
Providing necessary training to subordinate staff and agents.
 
Recommending necessary upgrades and changes in relevant areas of operation.
 

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

 
We require the eligible candidates to have following experience, skills and qualification to be considered for this position:
 
Strong technical background with an excellent knowledge of IT services including WindowsXP/7/8 & Mac OSX 10.6 and above, Microsoft Office 2007/2010, Adobe CS4/CS5/CS6/CC and Google Apps.
 
Experience of setting up networks and skills to provide solutions to multi-phase networking problems.
 
Good experience in identifying and resolving IT related problems.
 
Experience of providing support to remote network, applications and programs.
 
Understanding the concepts of networking, software applications and program applications.
 
Sound knowledge in online merchant applications.
 
IT service management foundation, better and appropriate practical experience in impacts of technological risks within merchant service structure.
 
Clear understanding in IT related compliance and legal provisions for using related licenses for the company and agents.

Being the first point of contact within the company and dealing with general correspondences and sales enquires.
